The 'Ampol' stickers reappeared on the car during the 1973 Australian rounds. This is most likely Surfers Paradise. Look at the car:

Just checked the Flickr Album of the photographer where these pics come from and you are right! Both pictures are not taken during the Tasman race but at a Gold Star event. He took pictures at both the races.
