As I remember, DN7 was a car powered by 12-cylinder Matra engine in 1975
Does it mean DN7 was later re-worked to DN8 standard?

The DN7 was indeed the chassis that carried the Matra V12. But it was a one off DN5 based chassis, that was never used again after practice of the USGP in 1975.
