Formula 1 pictures of 1976

Hi Hans, P.J.Lagartinho returned the question if the photo was from GP or from tests. Here's his answer: "These photos are actually from a test but integrated into the GP in England, although they were taken at Silverstone and the GP at Brands, the circuit was in final work for the GP and it wasn't possible to test there, the GP it was on the 18th of July and the French GP on the 4th of July, between those dates the cars were returned to England and the teams took the opportunity to make some changes. Tests were carried out at Silvertone on the 13th."

Thanks for your info but sorry, I can't agree with the fact that those pictures are from Silverstone. All the pictures are clearly taken in the boxes of Brands Hatch. You can even see the circuit in the background.

No, Hunt never used the T-car. His race car was repaired for the second start, but he was disqualified " for receiving outside assistance " before the race was stopped after the first start
