No, it's Faulkner - the #36 was originally entered for him. If enlarge the photo you can read "Walt Faulkner" on the left side of the car. Faulkner drove this car early in the May and left it for #23 only on 19th May. Only after that the Sid Street team asked Potsy Goacher to qualify the car. And Goacher looks different from this photo.
