The yellow Gordini T15 was lent to O'Brien by the Ecurie Belge of Johnny Claes, while Johnny raced a T15S of the Equipe Gordini.
At the steering wheel in the photo, taxiing the T15, it is John Claes' mechanic Roberto Bianchi, the father of Lucien and Mauro Bianchi.
