Nice, these kind of ambiance pictures. Behind, on the right is Frank Curtis' Allard-Cadillac (or is it Allard-Chrysler)
But I cannot identify the car behind on the left side, what is it?

I think just like you. Here I have the same one in black and white. If I remember correctly I got it on the Stanford University website.
In addition, that symbol that has been put in the lower left vertex is very suspicious.

I confirm it is colorized with some AI software and than maybe corrected by hand, the little purple 'stains' in the picture are a key sign of AI involved in the process. Having colorized TONS of picture myself I know it! lol!
