Revs Digital Library/Stanford has been moved here: http://library.revsinstitute.org/digital/

Now the photos are HORRIBLY watermarked.

All good things come to an end......

and the search is horrible

The watermark is abominable and the website navigation is as friendly as a cornered RAT!

I think that their visitors will decrease by 95%

Yes, it's a shame...

I discovered that site just a couple months ago and I was planning to save all the racing photos from F1 and sportscars. Just when I started to do so, they moved it and now it's all watermarked...

By the way has anyone saved non watermarked pictures from the database?

I do have non-watermarked Le Mans pictures up to 1979 I think, in standard size, plus a certain number of zooms on specific cars/details. I have limited numbers of non-watermarked pictures for some other sportscar races, I need to check to give more details. If anything can be of interest for you, do not hesitate to let me know.

The announcement of the coming move, if read carefully, let indeed fear that their pictures would be watermarked in the future - I save thousands but now regret not to have spent more time doing so.
