Yes, that's how it looks.
As far as I know, the final version of the car never competed because it wasn't finished in time. So, I guess having the F2 version of the car (but adding the Ford Cosworth engine instead of the BMW) is going to be Anniversary's final project with the Merzario.
(I have nothing to do with the creation of the vehicle)
