Request for a GMOD to F1C map "conversion"

Watching the newest video from my current favorite youtuber, i was presented to this lovable GMOD map:





The map (Steam Workshop link) is a recreation of a british city, and although for GMOD the map is a little bit bland (no interiors, etc), i somewhat imagined this working as a ficcional F1C track. A bit small, i admit, but given that real life tracks like Aintree and even a ficcional kart track were created for F1C, i don't think that would be a too much out-of-place for the game.

About permissions, the author wrote this in the map description:
