It means that some textures have the wrong sizes. Every side of the texture must have one of those pixels: 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, 1024, 2048, 4096.

I don't know why. I tested it and it worked. I'll check the textures again...

Edit: Fixed. One tarmac had wrong size, 1025x1024. (Despite that fact it worked in my PC without CTD.) Download it again and try it. Good luck!

RDGLOW01.BMP? I use only TGA-files of the glows.
And do you use my common files?
